SELF-DIRECTED WORKOUTS (SDW) enable you to reach your fitness goals. Once you learn your baseline routine you are encouraged to workout independently.

INITIAL EVALUATION AND PROGRAM DESIGN is the first step for a safe, effective program. We take your blood pressure & resting heart rate, get a basic strength & flexibility profile, plus do a sub-maximal cardiovascular response and recovery test. This information helps us set short and long-term goals that fit your needs. After this, all new members are introduced to a phase I cardio, Pilates and strength-training routine.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS are one-on-one lessons, customized to fit your needs and challenge you at the most specific level. For new clients, private sessions are highly recommended for 5-10 sessions to learn a base-line routine, gain familiarity with the equipment, and to feel confident in your workout routine. After this initial training period, we will evaluate and determine the best next steps for you.

DUET OR TRIO SESSIONS are dedicated groupings with one instructor. They provide cost-savings and motivating workout partners. People are grouped based on time constraints and ability.
DUETS - One: $52 pp - Five Sessions: $235 pp - Ten Sessions: $440pp
TRIOS - One: $42 pp - Five Sessions: $185 pp - Ten Sessions: $340 pp


SMALL GROUP CLASSES of 8 students, allow for individual attention along with camaraderie and motivation.

 

MAT CLASSES are group lessons that teach the classic Pilates mat routine. A maximum of nine students allow for high-level individual attention. Mat classes are open to non-members. We offer beginner and intermediate levels. Mat classes stay true to the original sequencing, pacing, and breathing of the classical Pilates Method. Two levels are offered: Safe back/Advanced Beginner and Intermediate.
Mat Classes: $22-drop in - $170 10-pk non-member - $150 10-pk member

 

BOOT CAMPS: $16-20 per lesson based on 1, 2, or 3 times/week $22 drop in

THE TOTAL CONDITIONING WORKOUT – a CAPPS original - works in 3 ways: Pilates, cardio and strength-training. It combines interval cardio segments with Pilates or Fitness conditioning segments. Each workout totals 30 minutes cardio. It's fun, tough, and delivers the best results for a lean strong body. Use heart-rate monitors to maximize results. Once you feel competent in your Pilates routines, you may sign up for a semester of boot camps.


CAPPS MASTERY PROGRAM offers members the widest variety of workout opportunities to build personal fitness mastery. Deposit and maintain money in your CAPPS account to draw from for any type of service: privates, duets, trios, classes, workshops. Enjoy a 10-pack rate on any lesson.
