SELF-DIRECTED WORKOUTS (SDW) enable you to reach your fitness goals. Once you learn your baseline routine you are encouraged to workout independently.
INITIAL EVALUATION AND PROGRAM DESIGN is the first step in beginning a safe and effective program at CAPPS. This 60 minute appointment includes blood pressure and resting heart rate screening, a basic health and postural profile plus a sub-maximal cardiovascular response and recovery test. This information helps us establish short and long-term goals that fit your needs. After the initial evaluation, all new students are introduced to a phase I cardio program, a beginner Pilates routine, and strength training regimen on the Keiser equipment.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS are one-on-one lessons, customized to fit your needs and challenge you at the most specific level. For new clients, private sessions are highly recommended for 5-10 sessions to learn a base-line routine, gain familiarity with the equipment, and to feel confident in your workout routine. After this initial training period, we will evaluate and determine the best next steps for you.
Single Session: $85 - Five Sessions: $375 - Ten Sessions: $720
DUET OR TRIO SESSIONS are dedicated groupings of two or three people with one instructor. They provide cost-savings and motivating workout partners. We do our best to pair people together. Let us know if you are interested.

TRIOS - Single: $40 pp - Five Sessions: $175 pp - Ten Sessions: $320 pp

MAT CLASSES are group lessons that teach the classic Pilates mat routine. A maximum of nine students allow for high-level individual attention. Mat classes are open to non-members. We offer beginner and intermediate levels.
